Supplementary educational service

Axiom is a supplementary study and practice tool. It is not a substitute for classroom teaching, individual educational advice, official curriculum material, professional tutoring, or assessment by a qualified teacher or examination authority.

You remain responsible for deciding how to use feedback, checking your work, following your school’s instructions, and complying with academic-integrity rules.

AI-assisted output

Axiom uses automated systems to transcribe handwriting, assess typed and visual answers, generate feedback, and support adaptive question selection. Current marking models may include Google Gemini and OpenAI-family models, including GPT-5.6 Luna, routed through OpenRouter using eligible zero-data-retention endpoints.

Artificial intelligence can misunderstand handwriting, diagrams, mathematical notation, context, or reasoning. A confident response can still be incomplete or wrong. Model behaviour can also change between versions and providers.

Accuracy and curriculum coverage

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful questions, solutions, mathematical notation, and feedback. Errors, omissions, ambiguous wording, outdated material, rendering problems, or marking disagreements may occur.

Curriculum references and topic coverage are provided for study convenience. Axiom does not promise that every current study-design requirement, school sequence, assessment style, or examiner interpretation is represented. Official publications and instructions should be checked where accuracy is important.

No guaranteed outcomes

Ratings, XP, streaks, recommendations, progress measures, predicted difficulty, and marks are internal learning indicators. They are not official VCE results and are not directly comparable to school grades, study scores, ATAR calculations, admissions decisions, or another platform’s metrics.

We do not guarantee that using Axiom will produce a particular grade, study score, ranking, admission outcome, improvement, or amount of learning. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including prior knowledge, effort, teaching, assessment conditions, health, and individual circumstances.

No VCAA or school affiliation

Axiom is independently operated by BLOOMFORGE PTY LTD. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or endorsed by the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority, the Victorian Government, any school, university, examination authority, or admissions body, unless a separate page expressly states a verified relationship.

References to VCE subjects, curriculum concepts, organisations, or third-party trade marks are descriptive and do not imply endorsement.

Availability and third-party services

Axiom depends on hosting, authentication, payment, email, AI, database, storage, security, and network providers. Interruptions, latency, capacity constraints, model unavailability, maintenance, or external failures may affect the Service.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a formal service-level commitment. If a service problem affects a paid subscription, remedies are considered under our Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

This disclaimer does not exclude, restrict, or modify a consumer guarantee, right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation. It should be read with our Terms of Service.
